My name is Phyllis. I have been struggling with my weight for the past 13 years. I have tried a variety of different ways of eating – Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, among others.
Recently, I ran across The Carb Lover’s Diet, created by the Editors of Health. I have absolutely LOVED this way of eating. It keeps me satisfied, there’s lots of variety, and I think I can actually lose weight eating this way!
I enjoy planning meals, trying lots of different recipes, and sharing what I liked and what I didn’t like with my friends and family. I’ve decided to take that “sharing” to a new level by creating a blog.
On this blog, I share my meals, the different dishes I’ve prepared, whether or not I liked them, and new food “finds”. Sometimes, I also share bits and pieces of my silly life, and the activities of my beloved cats Scruffy and Snowbaby.
